There is a new recruiting site called recruitn.com that has just launched and could have an interesting way for recruiters to receive leads from sourcers looking to make a few extra bucks. I've just started using the site today and will have to report back once I see if I get a sense of how much value really exists.

For now, all I can tell you is that I've posted a job description that any approved sourcers can submit resume to. If I choose to accept the candidates that they submit, I'll pay them $5 (or what ever bounty I offer for resumes). It's then up to me to contact the candidates and recruit them myself.

If you want to have a look you can visit the site at www.recruitn.com.

UPDATE:
If you would like to try this service out for free, contact David Hanley directly at 312-276-8354 or
david@hanleyroe.com and mention the $50 free credit he told me he'd extend to new users.

I asked David of DCRecruitn to respond to the SCAM claim and here is what he had to say.

DAVID WROTE: Our site was massively hacked into. I spoke to this person on the phone. We need to take it down and try and recover as much data as possible. It was a really good job they did messing up my website. The person who posted this made like $40, we are glad to pay them. Payout is on the 15th of the month anyway.

I tried recruitn website for like 2 weeks, I sent them 11 resumes and they said I would be getting paid on the 15th. Two days befor payday I noticed I could not logg in. I called and emailed them no replies. I called my lawyer and he told me what to say. They finally got back to me and told me someone hacked into their system. If so why is their system still up? Why cant I log in? I believe this is a scam. Do not waste your time with them, they let you send them numerous resumes and befor you know it you will be an unknown user.
