Finding that next great Contract as a Contract Recruiter can be tough with the current cutbacks at many companies.  In previous Blogs we discussed setting your goal and creating a plan for your search. 

Once you have your plan started, the next step may be to create your own marketing materials.  Make sure you have a good email address, small portfolio of your past work, and a solid resume to use in the search process.  Once you have the basic marketing documents in place. you are ready to begin looking for that next great Contract Recruiting role.

  Doug:  Isn't this kind of like saying you must put on your clothes first to go outside and enjoy the day you have planned?  I have found that in addition to being prepared, professional, and empathetic to the clients needs, that more often than not, getting another contract really boils down to "timing"  Being prepared and having a plan is always #1 on the list though : )
