  • When We Meet "Non-Competition Agreement" Issue

    Recently, I've found a candidate for one of my clients, he is a R&D guy.

    After all the negotiation finished. We found a new problem: my candidate has signed a Non-Competition Agreement with his current company, and he will probably be taken to the court if he works for the new one.

    How you guys deal with this kind of issue? Any good suggestion?

  • How important the recruiter will be!

    No one is going to waste the time, especially the company who wants to hire new people, I mean probably the best people in the market. Sure you can put an AD online, newspaper, magazine and some recuriting websites, you got a few appliciations if you are lucky. But you can't control the quality, that why the recruiter exist. We find people, select and put forward, we make sure 80% of the profile are match with the JD. The in-house HR need our service! That's why the recruiter are quite important right now, and the future.

  • Life with Relax

    The games from Nintendo are quite amazing, and I can't resist to get one. Just got a new WII for fun, as life is tough, people need to relax, so do I.

     

  • Time is always wasted

    As a head hunter, you may have a problem is the period of recruiting. You find a client, sign the contract, get the candidate to interview. It looks good becasue everything goes well.

    But unfortunately the client will finally call you to say sorry that the candidate is not qualified because whatever reason. Now you get upset but you can do nothing.
