Timothy Ferriss gen Y Renaissance man has put together a book on working "the 4-hour workweek" that is capturing the attention of gen Yers, I was given the book by my 21 year old brother who swears by the stories of this new age role model. This is the new voice and mindset for the new generation of workers. Just started the book and so far feel it gives great insight into the values of gen Y of from one of their leaders. Check it out and don't be shocked to hear "the 4 hour work week" from your employees ;)
